Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Prep Cook to support food preparation across the Toledo Complex venues, including the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center. You will assist with daily prep, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with kitchen staff during events to ensure timely service.

This part-time position requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays and emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and safety awareness in a fast-paced venue setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, stock, food and beverage, concessions, or event operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to understand written and verbal directions and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and team members.
• Ability to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and deliver food items for service.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and prep areas.
• Follow recipes and portion controls for consistency.
• Support opening and closing duties and event readiness.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Attendants, Runners, Chefs and Legends Management to ensure smooth operations.
