Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of catering staff (servers, bartenders, setup crew) during events.
• Ensure efficient and professional setup of event spaces according to client specifications and company standards.
• Oversee the seamless execution of food and beverage service during events.
• Train and mentor new catering staff on service protocols, etiquette, and safety procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Address and resolve any guest or client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the event.
• Manage inventory of service items and report any shortages or damages.

Requirements

• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting during events.
