Job summary

Aramark’s Catering Services Worker supports event operations, assisting with catering orders and events on site. You help with setup, transport equipment and supplies, serve guests, and perform breakdown and cleanup after each event.

The role emphasizes customer service, ability to work independently, adherence to dress code, and safety compliance. Availability for event-based hours and physical tasks is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow required dress code and be available for event-based hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests.
• Transport and deliver catering food, beverages, and supplies.
• Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines and other equipment per event order.
• Replenish Food and Beverage during events and maintain clean service areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests during events.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
