Legends Global, based in Toledo, is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support day-to-day catering operations for the Toledo Complex, including Huntington Center and Glass City Center. The role involves planning and executing catering for internal and ticketed events, creating BEOs, and coordinating with the Director, Managers, and culinary team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality, administrative support, or customer service.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office documents and formatting.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Excellent customer service and ability to multi task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, detail and execute catering requests for internal events and special events as assigned.
• Communicate with Premium clients via email and phone to fulfill customer requests and answer questions.
• Create event orders, floor plans and event logistics reports.
• Work with culinary team to select menu options and track internal costs.
• Create event orders for ticketed events.
• Assist Premium Manager with planning and execution of catering orders for internal clients.
• Assist with part-time premium staff scheduling.
• Act as manager on duty during ticketed and catered events.
• Provide documentation to accounting for post-event invoices.
• Plan and execute special events of varying experience as assigned.
• Support catering operations for all ticketed events and special events.
