Job summary

Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group (JAM) is seeking an experienced Event Captain to lead service teams at weddings, corporate events, and other special events throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.

As the on-site leader, you\'ll supervise staff, coordinate with clients, venues, and the kitchen, and ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality and a smooth event experience. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities with JAM.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in catering, banquets, restaurants, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to our venues.
