Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Box Office experience preferred.
• Computer skills include Ticketmaster and AXS ticketing systems; MS Excel/Word helpful.

Responsibilities

• Open/Close box office as needed.
• Prepare seller briefing and windows on event nights.
• Serve as first point of contact for ticket resolution for sellers and patrons.
• Sell tickets to events via Ticketmaster or AXS.
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons.
• Lead and set an example for ticket sellers.
• Process group, consignment, comps, and sales orders; send reports via Ticketmaster/AXS.
