The role requires 6+ months of banquet experience with leadership exposure and certifications in food safety and alcohol service (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments.
• Set up spaces, supervise staff, and ensure service standards from start to finish.
• Monitor cleanliness, reset rooms, and keep supplies stocked and presentation-ready.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top-tier service.
• Troubleshoot AV setups and assist to ensure a smooth guest and team experience.
