Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a banquet staff member to set up and break down banquet events, ensuring pristine tableware and timely service. You will coordinate service flow and guide the banquet team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across meals and breaks.

Role requires customer service experience, at least 6 months in banquet food service, leadership potential, and food/alcohol certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Physical stamina is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision, including linens and china.
• Coordinate the flow of service to ensure meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences from coffee breaks to dinners.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting as part of tech support.
