Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod seeks a detail‑oriented Banquet Set‑Up Associate to help create seamless event experiences. You will arrange tables, linens, and decor according to each event plan, ensuring readiness and a high standard of cleanliness.

The role requires collaboration with event teams and strong communication to adapt to last‑minute changes. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hospitality experience is a plus, and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in event setup or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the event planning team to understand layout and requirements for each banquet or event.
• Set up tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and equipment per event plan.
• Ensure decor is properly arranged and aligned with the event theme or style.
• Inspect venue for readiness, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Assist in breaking down setup post-event and store items correctly.
• Communicate with catering and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
• Address any issues or changes during setup or takedown.
