Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod seeks an energetic Banquet Bartender to join our events team in Hyannis, MA. You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest service, and support multiple events from weddings to corporate functions.

Responsibilities include bar setup, mixology, cash handling, and coordination with the events team to ensure memorable experiences for guests while complying with regulations and safety standards.

Formación

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in banquet/events.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced event setting.
• Team player with reliable work ethic and attention to detail.
• Accurate cash handling and payment processing.
• Valid certifications or permits to serve alcohol as required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, mix, and serve drinks for weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
• Greet guests and provide courteous, personalized service.
• Stay informed on event beverage menus and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and comply with health regulations.
• Collaborate with events team to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle cash/credit transactions per company protocols.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all laws regarding service of alcoholic beverages.
