Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service during events, following the company’s service standards and the 3-step process. You will work with the banquet team to ensure a seamless guest experience at private events.

The role requires standing for long periods, strong communication, and the ability to handle dynamic event environments while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in a banquet or event setting.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards and provide exceptional service at all events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain menu knowledge, including special features and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly to create a welcoming experience.
• Communicate effectively with team to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Address member/guest concerns promptly using service recovery techniques.
• Prepare and set up banquet areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Complete daily side work (stocking, cleaning) and assist with event setup/breakdown.
