Job summary

Tandem Hospitality Group, LLC is seeking a Banquet Server to join our events team in Morgantown. You will support event setup, service of food and beverages, and assist with post-event duties to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will be able to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and adapt quickly to changes in event schedules. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in regulation with company dress code policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with table and meeting space prep before the event
• Read and execute all BEO's
• Set up display stations and bars, proper food arrangement
• Assist with food/buffet preparation before and during the event
• Ensure safe food handling guidelines are always followed
• Deliver food to the meeting space in a timely manner
• Serve plated items to guests and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Always remain guest focused with the goal being 100% satisfaction and completion of all BEO's
• Assist with post-event clean up, inventory, food storage, and tear down
• Work as a member of a team, communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient work ethic and overall guest satisfaction
