Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a part-time Banquet Server at LIBERTY BOWL MEMORIAL STADIUM in Memphis. You will provide food and beverage services for catered events, from buffets to plated meals, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include event setup, service execution, and breakdown under supervision. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required; shifts vary with interview details provided later.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Must hold valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) or equivalent.
• Food handler certification may be required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and work areas.
• Clear tables, reset place settings, and assist with presentation standards.
