Responsibilities

• Execute banquet food and beverage service following event orders and brand standards.

• Prepare beverages and cocktails per company mixing and presentation standards.
• Serve guests warmly, keeping records and handling cashiering functions as needed.
• Follow state liquor laws and company cash handling procedures.
