Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Part Time Banquet Staff to support banquet events on site. You will assist with setup, service, and post-event breakdown in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role emphasizes high-quality food and beverage service, attention to detail, and professional guest interaction across breakfast, lunch, and dinner events. Prior banquet or event service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience; banquet/event service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and function spaces per event orders and service standards.
• Serve food and beverages using plated, buffet, or passed service; maintain presentation standards.
• Assist with event setup, beverages, and service materials beforehand.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Clear and reset tables; breakdown banquet spaces after events; maintain cleanliness.
