Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for 10+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for event details.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to assign stations and train staff.
• Coordinate with culinary team to ensure timely service.
• Welcome clients and address requests for high-end guest experience.
• Oversee table clearing and end-of-shift duties.
