Job summary

Hilton seeks an Event and Banquet Manager to oversee planning and execution of corporate and social events. You will coordinate staff, menus, and venue operations to deliver memorable guest experiences.

In this role, you’ll manage pre- and post-event processes, maintain client relationships, and drive revenue through innovative catering concepts while mentoring team members toward high‑level service standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality events: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience
• Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Grow catering and events market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business
• Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
• Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
• Event Operations Management: You will assist the Senior Event and Banquet Manager in leading our Event Operatons team of Houseman and Banquet Servers.
