Responsibilities

• Assist banquet servers and service staff with setup, service, and breakdown.
• Clear plates, glassware, and service items from guest tables.
• Reset tables and dining areas quickly during events.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Replenish silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist with buffet and food service areas.
• Support servers with carrying and delivering food and beverages.
• Respond promptly to guest and server requests.
• Monitor dining areas and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Report safety concerns.
