Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel/conference environment. You will ensure on-site satisfaction by meeting guest needs and troubleshooting equipment throughout events.

The role requires 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience and 1 year of AV experience, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs. Training may be provided through Encore’s programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Meets with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works.
• Maintains relationships with clients and communicates effectively throughout events.
• Completes order entries in Navigator as needed.
