Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will handle on-site setup, operation, and breakdown of equipment and coordinate with guest services to support seamless events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues as they arise.
• Complete order entries in Navigator and assist with invoicing when needed.
