Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel/convention environment, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will report to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and support clients on-site to ensure flawless events.

Responsibilities include equipment setup/breakdown, on-site troubleshooting, systems documentation, and collaboration with staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associate’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic audiovisual equipment and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships on-site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues; complete accurate paperwork.
