This role will provide an introduction to various elements of event operations and fan engagement.# DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Proactively welcome and greet guests attending games and events at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor and a smile2. Provide customer service by educating guests on facilities and event operations3. Provide guests with utmost care and attention to ensure a first-rate guest experience4. Assist with the execution of event promotions, to include distribution of premium items5. Support event staff at all team events by assisting with event setup and teardown, staffing registration tables and interactive stations, and interacting with guests6.
