SUMMARY: The Employee Ambassador is responsible for greeting and interacting with employees on event day. This role involves fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating effective communication, and escalating employee concerns. The Employee Ambassador will work closely with the Director of Project Management and Workforce Administration to interact with employees, resolve issues, provide support to employees, and ensure that employees feel valued.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProactively welcome and greet part-time employees working games and events at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor and a smile.Foster a positive employee experience by interacting with employees while they work events.Engage with new hires by facilitating new employee transition to first event worked under direction of Director of Project Management and Workforce AdministrationEscalate employee concerns to the Director of Project Management and Workforce Administration / Human Resource manager.Enhance Employee Experience: Ensure employees receive the care and attention needed to maintain a positive and productive work experience.
