Job summary

The Kraft Group, at Kraft Sports and Entertainment in Foxborough, MA, seeks an Employee Ambassador for part-time event support at Gillette Stadium. You will warmly greet staff, help maintain a positive work environment, and assist with onboarding and new-hire transitions during game days and events.

You will engage with employees, escalate concerns to the HR team, and support engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and team-building activities, while adapting to outdoor conditions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level role; no prior experience required.
• Part-time availability with minimum 8 Patriots games, concerts, and New England Revolution games.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Proactively welcome and greet part-time employees working games and events at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor and a smile.
• Foster a positive employee experience by interacting with employees while they work events.
• Engage with new hires by facilitating new employee transition to first event worked under direction of Director of Project Management and Workforce Administration.
• Escalate employee concerns to the Director of Project Management and Workforce Administration / Human Resource manager.
• Enhance Employee Experience: Ensure employees receive care and attention to maintain a positive and productive work experience; resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with Employee Engagement Initiatives: support and coordinate engagement activities, including events, recognition programs, and team-building exercises.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

This role involves fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating effective communication, and escalating employee concerns. The Employee Ambassador will work closely with the Director of Project Management and Workforce Administration to interact with employees, resolve issues, provide support to employees, and ensure that employees feel valued.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• This is an entry level role, no experience is required
• Must be available on a part-time basis, committing to a minimum of 8 Patriots Games, Concerts, and New England Revolution games
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment
• Required to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays according to Gillette Stadium event schedule
• Must be able to work outdoors during all times of the year
• Must be able to interface with all levels of the organization and represent the Events team in a highly professional manner
