Qualifications

• Must be marketing-driven and consider how emerging technologies can improve ticketing and CRM.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle single, group, and subscription ticket transactions across in-person, phone, mail, and online channels.
• Balance cash receipts and daily deposits; reconcile seating discrepancies.
• Prepare subscriber tickets for all user groups and run daily reports.
• Maintain ticketing system data and generate reports for audits.
