Rocket Arena at Cavaliers Holdings LLC in Cleveland is seeking an energetic Event Receptionist (Part-Time) to warmly greet guests, answer inquiries, and support event operations. This on-site role requires strong verbal communication, outstanding customer service, and the ability to multitask during busy game nights and events.

Shifts typically run weeknights and weekends from 5:30 PM to post-event close, averaging 10–15 hours weekly.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Answer all incoming phone calls in a quick, friendly, knowledgeable and informative manner.
• Transfers calls as required to the appropriate team or team member.
• Answer questions; provide accurate information regarding events, hours of operations, promotions, and directions.
• Answer guests’ questions about Rocket Arena events and activities.
• Greet guests, clients, partners, visitors, team members and others at Rocket Arena.
• Offer high level customer service to all team members and guests.
• Monitor activities at entrances.
• Exhibit a professional demeanor and willingness to assist all guests whenever possible.
