Job summary

Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Part-Time Guest Experience Engineer to support event operations at Rocket Arena. The role involves interacting with guests, team members, vendors, and visitors to deliver epic experiences across 200+ events yearly.

Positions include Ticket Taker, Seating, Guest Relations, and Premium Club/Suite Experience with event-by-event assignments. All team members join the Local B-27 Union.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedule dictates.
• Ability to navigate basic technology (computers, radios, iPads, cell phones).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage with guests, team members, vendors, and visitors.
• Greet guests, give directions, and manage wayfinding throughout the arena.
• Perform ticket taking, seating, and guest relations duties during events.
• Ensure a clean, professional appearance in Rocket Arena uniform and safety equipment.
• Assist with club access, premium seating, and ADA accommodation as needed.
