Job summary

Rock Entertainment Group in Cleveland is seeking an Event Environmental Services Technician (Part Time) to perform arena cleaning and housekeeping for approximately 175–200 events per year at Rocket Arena. All EVS Techs will join the Local B-27 Union.

Responsibilities include trash and restroom attendant duties, concourse housekeeping, post-event debris removal, and assisting guests with directions and service as needed. The company offers healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and more.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Must comply with joining the Local B-27 Union.
• Physical requirements include the ability to traverse stairs, bending/stooping/kneeling, and walking long distances.

Responsibilities

• Trash Attendant: Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas.
• Restroom Attendant: Clean restrooms, sweep/mop, stock supplies.
• Housekeeping: Monitor concourse, sweep debris, clean tables in assigned area; respond to spills.
• Post Event: Remove debris from seating areas.
• Customer Service: Assist guests with directions and needs.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.
