As a Program Supervisor at Devereux Children’s Behavioral Health Center (DCBHC) Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer an environment that is supportive, educational and clinically focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field with 12 credits and 2 years direct care experience.
• Or 60 college credits with 12 credits in human services and 3 years direct care experience.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are safe in a therapeutic environment.
• Plan and implement residential program services for clients.
• Assist in providing supervision of clients in program activities and leisure time.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to staff.
