LGH Hotels Management is seeking an evenings-only part-time Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will take responsibility for a specific section, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency while supporting the wider kitchen team.

The role emphasizes calm, organized work, teamwork, and adherence to food safety. You will mentor junior chefs and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment during busy services.

Formación

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Ability to produce high-quality, well-presented food.
• Comfort working with your own section in a structured kitchen.
• Leads by example and helps develop junior chefs.
• Works well under pressure while maintaining standards.
• Teamwork, communication and organisation are key.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes efficiently and consistently within your section.
• Take ownership of your area, ensuring standards of food quality and presentation.
• Support, guide and help develop junior members of the kitchen team.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment at all times.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations consistently.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to support smooth and well-timed service.
• Remain calm, focused and professional during busy service periods.
