Lafayette Hotels' Fireside Inn & Suites Belfast in Maine is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team for the 3PM-11PM shift, Wednesday through Sunday. The position invites you to be the face of the hotel, greeting guests and assisting with reservations.

You will help guests find the perfect room, check them in and out, share local recommendations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a comfortable stay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English and communicate clearly with guests.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills for check-in/out and reservations.
• Weekend availability is generally required in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Handle hotel reservations and guest check-in/check-out.
• Welcome guests and answer questions about local attractions.
