Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, 1:1 support to clients with varying abilities. You will work in clients' homes, encouraging independence, building skills, and helping them engage with community activities to grow personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to get you started quickly.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and support individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home caregiving to clients.
