Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home support for recipients with varying needs. You will assist with daily living, encouragement, and skill-building activities, while bringing clients into the community to pursue personal goals.

This role offers paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process, with opportunities for benefits as available. You will work in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
