Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in their homes, providing support, encouragement, and skill-building activities.

You will bring recipients into the community to help grow personal goals outside of the home, with full and part-time options and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.
• Take recipients into the community to support personal goals outside home.
