Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a part-time Residential Re-entry Specialist/Youth Residential Mentor in Coventry, RI to provide direct care and supervision for youth residents and develop individualized plans with the team.
You will monitor progress, maintain records, and support reintegration into the community. The role requires a High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

As a part-time Residential Re-entry Specialist/ Youth Residential Mentor, you will utilize your strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills on a daily basis. You will work closely with other team members to develop and implement individualized plans for each resident and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their stay. Additionally, you will use your organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and behavior. Your ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations will be essential in this role. Finally, your passion for helping youth succeed will be the driving force behind your work.
$19.98/hour, plus any applicable shift differentials
Saturday-Sunday 3:00pm to 11:00pm
