Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a part-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist/Youth Residential Mentor for the 2nd shift to support youths re-entering the community.
You will provide direct care and supervision, build individualized plans with the team, and document resident progress in a structured setting. You will conduct checks, transport clients as needed in a company vehicle, and participate in monthly drills while fostering trauma-informed care and collaborative teamwork.

As a part-time Residential Re-entry Specialist/ Youth Residential Mentor, you will utilize your strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills on a daily basis. You will work closely with other team members to develop and implement individualized plans for each resident and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their stay. Additionally, you will use your organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and behavior. Your ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations will be essential in this role. Finally, your passion for helping youth succeed will be the driving force behind your work.
Starting Salary: $19.98/hour, plus any applicable shift differentials
Schedule : Saturday-Sunday 3:00pm to 11:00pm
