Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Residential Re-entry Specialist/ Youth Residential Mentor to support youth on parole in a residential setting.

You will develop individualized plans, provide guidance, and maintain records to ensure successful reintegration into communities. Responsibilities include supervision, transport in company vehicles, conducting checks, and coordinating with a program director and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
• Bachelors degree plus one year experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred.
• Experience with Youth Population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents in a residential setting.
• Develop and implement individualized plans for each resident, in collaboration with other team members.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to residents throughout their stay.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and behavior.
• Conduct employment, job search and home confinement spot checks on each shift.
• Transport clients as needed in a Company vehicle.
• Supervise all client visitation and complete intake on new arrivals.
