Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking an Experienced Wok Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare Asian dishes and hot entrees to specification, ensuring quality and consistency for a high-volume operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in high-volume food service and preparation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation practices and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items as directed, ensuring each order is uniform and consistent.
• Prepares hot entrees for Asian dishes to specification in an accurate and timely manner.
• Controls food production to include proper cooking time and temperature, ensuring sanitation.
• Demonstrates proper care, storage, and cleaning of all tools and equipment.
• Effectively communicates with other team members, including service and kitchen maintenance personnel.
• Maintains assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition per standards.
