Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking an Asian Wok Specialist to deliver authentic Pan-Asian dishes with high-heat wok techniques. You will prepare and season dishes, maintain sanitation, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen to ensure freshness and flavor across all plates.

Requirements include 1–3 years of Asian restaurant line cook experience and the ability to obtain Maryland licensing. Union position with comprehensive benefits and 24/7 casino operations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Culinary arts courses or the equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a line cook in an Asian restaurant.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the Maryland license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items and maintain temperature.
• Season and garnish food.
• Prepare soups and sauces.
• Keep cooking area clean and orderly.
• Maintain inventory and order food daily.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and guests.
• Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
