Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking an Asian Wok Specialist (Luk Fu) in Bossier City to prepare, season, and cook a variety of Pan Asian dishes.

You will arrange, present, and ensure guests have a favorable dining experience while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role requires 1–3 years of line cook experience in Asian cuisine, the ability to work around smoke and alcohol, and eligibility for required state gaming licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a line cook in an Asian restaurant (1–3 years).
• Must be able to work in a smoking/alcohol environment.
