Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC seeks a part-time Server for evenings (3pm-7:30pm) Thu–Sun at our Gilbert, AZ community. You’ll help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and uphold top-tier service in a welcoming restaurant setting.

Responsibilities include guiding residents, taking orders, and coordinating with the POS system while ensuring smooth dining room operations.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the point of sale system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as established by the community.
