Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service you’d expect in your favorite restaurant.

Shift 3pm-7:30pm on Thursdays-Sundays. You will greet residents, direct them to tables, suggest dishes, and take orders using our state-of-the-art POS.

Qualifications

• Need strong customer service and a welcoming demeanor.
• Evening/weekend availability required.
• Must hold or obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus.
• Take and communicate orders using POS system.
• Perform opening and closing dining room duties as per community standards.
