Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Server to enhance the dining experience in our community restaurant in Gilbert, Arizona. As a Server, you will direct residents to their tables, present menus, and ensure excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service presentation and compassion for our residents. Full-time team members are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with participation in a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.
• If under 18, provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables and present menus.
• Communicate specific resident orders using POS system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties.
