Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician for the Tinley Park clinic. You will deliver play-based ABA therapy to a caseload of children, working under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect behavioral data, maintain accurate records, and engage families to support progress. Evening and Saturday shifts lead to a flexible yet meaningful schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB.
• Ability to build relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA during supervision to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Build trusting relationships with children to make sessions engaging.
