Westside Children's Therapy in Homer Glen, IL is seeking a Project Hope Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver fun, play-based ABA therapy to children during weekday evenings and Saturday sessions, collaborating closely with BCBAs to support each child’s progress.

You’ll implement direct therapy, collect and log data, and build trusting relationships with families while maintaining accurate documentation and a positive, engaging session environment.

Formación

• Active RBT certification with BACB upon start.
• Excellent communication with children and families.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients and caseload.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data with accurate documentation.
• Build trusting relationships with children to keep sessions engaging.
