Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Project Hope Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy during weekday evenings and Saturday sessions.

You will implement BCBA-approved programs, collect data, and maintain accurate documentation while building strong relationships with children and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification with BACB required at start.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with children and families.
• Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy per BCBA programming.
• Collect and record client data and complete documentation on time.
• Collaborate with BCBA during supervision sessions for feedback.
• Build trusting relationships with children and families to make sessions engaging.
