WESTSIDE CHILDRENS THERAPY PLLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy to children in the Glen Ellyn area. The role supports sessions during weekday evenings and Saturdays, under supervision from a BCBA, with data collection and documentation responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has an RBT credential, strong communication skills, and a warm, engaging approach to working with families and children with special needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with children and their families.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services for your caseload under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with a BCBA during supervision to receive feedback.
• Collect and record behavioral data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Build trusting relationships with children to keep sessions engaging.
