Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Reservations or Customer Service.
• Experience in Energy Corporate Housing and/or Hospitality is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Communicate with hotels/properties to confirm reservations and notes.
• Manage cancellations, changes, and special requests.
• Create rosters and track reservations for clients.
• Generate and send reports to clients as needed.
• Conduct market research for locations and lodging options.
• Support reservation department projects and guest services.
