Job summary

Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) for part-time, on-site work in Alpharetta, GA. The role offers evening and/or weekend hours with a $47.50 per clinical hour compensation and bi-weekly pay.

Responsibilities include outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and families, plus documentation and collaborative clinical work. Preferred candidates will work with children (5+), adolescents, and adults, maintaining a

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain a minimum caseload and 35 hours availability.
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in supervision.
