Job summary

Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting is seeking aLicensed Mental Health Therapist for evenings and/or weekend coverage in Alpharetta, GA. The role requires an active GA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) and a minimum caseload of 27 clients per week with at least 35 hours of availability.

Compensation is $47.50 per clinical hour, with benefits including 401(k) with employer match and credentialing/scheduling support. This is an on-site, W-2 part-time position.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 clients per week within a minimum of 35 hours of availability.
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.
